Aztreonam mainly used for sensitive gram-negative bacteria-induced infections, including pneumonia, pleurisy, abdominal infection, biliary tract infections, bone and joint infections, skin and soft tissue inflammation, meningitis, especially for urinary tract infection, but also for sepsis.
